Refund Policy
Turners Arts makes every effort to ensure the quality of goods despatched. Should you find there is a problem, please contact us on 0161 480 4713 before returning the goods.
Please note goods cannot be accepted for return without the prior consent of Turners Arts. Each request will be reviewed on its merits. Customised goods shall not under any circumstances be accepted for return.
All goods returned must be in pristine condition and returned correctly in their original packaging.
Risk in any goods to be returned remains with the buyer until the goods are delivered to Turners Arts or until Turners Arts collects such goods.
Return of export goods may only take place with the prior agreement of, and by arrangement with, Turners Arts.
