Ordering policy

Upon receiving an order from you we will send you an email to acknowledge receipt of your order.

Order Acknowledgement and Confirmation

We will then at our earliest convenience review the details and if accepted we will send you an email confirming your order. Acceptance of your order only occurs upon receipt of this second email. Until this time, we reserve the right to decline the order should it not meet certain criteria.

Receipt of payment does not constitute a binding contract and should we decide not to accept your order, your payment will be refunded at the earliest possible opportunity.

Prices may change during the Order Acknowledgement and Order Confirmation stages, however we will always endeavour to supply the order at the price quoted at the time of the order being acknowledged. There may be rare occasions however where this is not possible.

During the review process we may make use of information supplied by you in order to help us. This may include contacting you by phone or using information returned to us by the third party payment gateway systems we use. All information will be used and kept secure as per the Data Protection Act 1998.

Should your order not be successful we will contact you with further information as to why this was and do our very best to provide an alternative solution.
